Throughout Autumn, VILLUM Window Collection invites visitors to join free guided tours of the museum’s exhibitions.
At 1:00 PM, you can take part in The History of the Window. This tour traces the development of the window through history, from Iron Age roof openings to today’s high-tech glazing solutions. The tour is conducted in Danish.
At 2:00 PM, we offer a guided tour of the special exhibition Window Behaviorology. Here, you can explore Japanese architect Yoshiharu Tsukamoto’s research into windows, architecture, and human behaviour. The exhibition features drawings, photographs, and analyses of windows from around the world, offering new perspectives on how windows influence everyday life. The tour is conducted in English.
